They say the first kiss is always the sweetest, the most memorable. Nowhere do they mention it might also be confusing as hell? Helen could still feel Nikki's lips upon her own. Soft, guiding, comforting. And Nikki’s hands, how they gently cradled and caressed her face, telling her everything would be okay.

It was wrong. Yes, but it felt oh so right. She’d left Nikki’s cell, angry with her for taking advantage, but now, her feelings were different. Tonight she’d kissed this woman for the first time and although she wouldn’t admit it, she hoped it wouldn’t be the last.
